What we collect

• Account and billing metadata from the cloud providers you connect (read-only).
• Contact details you submit through our forms.
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page performance without cookies. If — and only if — you allow analytics in the consent banner, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) additionally measures how the site is used: the measurement runs server-side from Cloudflare’s edge, stores a first-party analytics identifier, and sends usage data to Google. Google Consent Mode v2 starts fully denied and follows your choice. Change it any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

What we never collect

• Card data. Card entry happens inside our payment provider’s secure fields; the card number never reaches our servers, our logs, or our code.
• Anything requiring write access to your cloud accounts.

Where it lives

Cloud infrastructure inside the EU (Cloudflare edge + Neon PostgreSQL eu-central-1). Backups are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to named staff with MFA.

Your rights

Email hi@cloudsave.co to access, correct or delete your data. We answer within 30 days. Our data-processing addendum is available on request.
